Match History & Statistics

Geilio Scoreboard keeps a record of your completed matches so you can look back at results, review how a game unfolded, and track your progress over time. Match History is a Geilio Scoreboard Pro feature.

What Gets Tracked

Every match you complete is saved with the following details:

• Final scores -- The final score for each side (for multi-game matches, the number of games each side won is recorded too, though the per-game detailed scores are not saved).
• Score timeline -- A point-by-point record of how the scores changed throughout the match.
• Match duration -- How long the match lasted from start to finish.
• Date and time -- When the match was played.
• Sport and scoring rules -- Which sport and rule set were used.

This information is captured automatically as you play -- there is nothing extra you need to do.

Timeline View

The timeline view gives you a chronological, point-by-point replay of the match:

• See every score change in the order it happened.
• Review the back-and-forth momentum between players.
• Identify key turning points, such as when a player went on a scoring run or came back from behind.

This is useful for understanding the flow of a match and discussing specific moments with your playing partner.

Chart View

The chart view presents the match as a graphical score curve:

• Score progression is plotted over time, so you can see the trajectory of the match at a glance.
• Compare both players' curves side by side to see who was ahead at each point.
• Spot patterns like steady leads, close contests, or dramatic comebacks.

The chart makes it easy to see the overall shape of a match without reading through every individual score change.

Adding Match Comments and Notes

After a match is complete, you can add your own comments or notes:

• Record observations about your performance, such as what worked well or what to improve.
• Note the conditions of play, like the venue, weather, or equipment used.
• Add a short summary to help you remember the context of the match later.

Tap on any match in your history to open it, then add or edit your notes. Your comments are saved along with the match record.

Sorting and Managing Your History

As your match history grows, Geilio Scoreboard gives you tools to keep it organized:

• Sort matches by date (newest first or oldest first).
• Browse your history grouped by date to find a specific match.
• Delete a single match, or clear your entire history at once to keep the list tidy.

Your match history is stored on your device, so it is always available even when you are offline.

Geilio Scoreboard Pro

Match History & Statistics is part of Geilio Scoreboard Pro. Completed matches are saved automatically on your device, but Pro is required to view and analyze them in the history screen (including the details, timeline, and charts).

To unlock Match History, upgrade to Geilio Scoreboard Pro from the Settings screen in the app.
